How Does Indiana Tax Amnesty Help Individuals and Businesses?
Indiana’s tax amnesty program offers the opportunity for individuals and businesses to pay tax debts prior to January 1, 2013 without paying interest on those debts. After getting completely caught up on previous tax debts, you can qualify to have tax warrants expunged from your record. Tax warrants can have a negative effect on your credit rating, so having them removed from your record could help boost your credit score.
